Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Vestnik KazNMU provides immediate free-to-read open access to the full text of all published articles. Readers are not charged for access to the journal’s content. Full-text articles are available on the journal’s website without subscription or access fees.

To support editorial and publishing operations, the journal applies Article Processing Charges (APCs) in accordance with the official Price List, effective from Issue No. 3, 2025. Payment of APCs is made in accordance with the official Price List and the Public Offer Agreement published on the journal’s website.

The APC policy is based on the following principles:
– APCs are charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication;
– no payment is requested at the time of submission or during the peer review process;
– advance payment is not permitted and does not influence peer review, editorial assessment, or publication decisions;
– waivers or discounts may be granted to certain categories of authors, as specified in the official Price List.

Peer review and editorial decision-making are conducted independently of any payments. The application or payment of APCs does not affect the scientific evaluation, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript.
